La educación secundaria en Samborondón del Liceo Panamericano comprende Básica Superior (Octavo, Noveno y Décimo de básica) y Bachillerato (I, II y III). Nuestra propuesta académica se desarrolla bajo el Programa de Años Intermedios (PAI) del Bachillerato Internacional, un marco riguroso que impulsa la indagación, la reflexión y la conexión del aprendizaje con el mundo real.
A través de este modelo, los estudiantes de 11 a 16 años fortalecen su comprensión personal, su responsabilidad social y su pensamiento crítico.
Como secundaria con programa IB, los alumnos realizan un Proyecto Personal, donde aplican sus habilidades en investigación, creatividad e innovación. Este proceso fomenta la autonomía y la consolidación de competencias adquiridas durante su trayectoria escolar.
La secundaria del Bachillerato Internacional incluye asesorías académicas y convenios internacionales, como Education USA, Fulbright Student Program y Cambridge, que enriquecen el multilingüismo y la proyección global de los estudiantes.
The Personal Project offers students the opportunity to conduct an independent exploration of a personal area of interest. Through inquiry, action, and reflection, students are encouraged to demonstrate and strengthen their learning skills. They also create their own success criteria for the final product. This project provides an excellent opportunity for students to create a truly personal and often creative product while consolidating the skills and knowledge acquired in the MYP.
